We refer to the high latency issue below. We apologize for the mediocre service provided to you. Upon receipt of your complaint, we had carried out all the necessary assessments on our infrastructure. It was found that an increasing traffic through the existing infrastructure has affected the overall quality of Streamyx connectivity at your location and was not up to the acceptable mark. As a result, you may experience a fluctuated performance of the service provided.
However, we are proposing a service enhancement to your area by installing an equipment to improve the service performance but this will only commence by end March 2007. Thus, we will provide you the necessary rebate once the service is being delivered accordingly.
We wish to extend our utmost appreciation for your interest in Streamyx and apologise for all the inconveniences caused.
