My washing machine started making weird noises the past few months and I finally decided to call SenHeng so they would send someone over to fix it.

I called the HQ last week and they gave me a number which was closest to me, the Mines branch. The Mines branch didn't say anything much other than they will send someone over. So I waited that day and nothing. I called again another day and they said they will send someone over within the next 2 days.

Nothing again, so yesterday was 1 week since I called them up. I decided to email someone important in their company to poke around. I got the Managing Director's email from their website which seems to have "Malware Alert" warning.

I was surprised to get such a fast response from Mr Lim.

This morning I got a call from her and it looks like everything is going to be fine. Kudos to SenHeng for actually reading emails. I never really thought they would. (sorry :D)


Update:

Their service crew came over and picked up the machine. Happy2. :D
