Placed an order Toshiba washing machine 9.0kg, model TSB-AW9770SM with Senheng Sri Petaling outlet on 8th Dec and promise by the rep that delivery on next day. Today the rep called and mentioned that delivery will be done on Fri, 11 Dec.
When placing the order, rep respond was Sri Petaling outlet have no stock but from warehouse which I assume was Senheng warehouse. Now it is from Toshiba warehouse that will cause the delay.
If I've known that Senheng warehouse do not keep stock, then I would not place the order from Senheng which cause so much trouble. What I'm furious was the rep could have inform me before I make the purchase. If this is the service from Senheng, in future, on my electrical appliances, I would purchase from others and NOT FROM SENHENG.
The rep is putting the blame on Toshiba company for the late delivery and giving all sorts of reasons. WHAT TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lastly I hope to receive the washing machine ASAP preferable tomorrow Thursday. Thank you

My sister bought Panasonic washing machine on 29th sept 2010 from Senheng Outlet in Bukit Mertajam. The next day they deliver washing ( model F65B2 ) S/N 1082103565 to her home.
When she test run the machine on same day ( 30th Sept 2010 at 7.30pm ) the spin not function. She emmediately cal Sen Heng Bukit Mertajam, Penang to report about this problem.
The sales person informed her that they " TRY" to reach Panasonic service technician to attend washing machine problem om 1st Oct 2010 if possible. If Not, Panasonic service engineers will attend on next week monday as Panasonic service technician won't available during saturday and sunday. What's the nonsense is this?
Here I request Sen Heng Bukit Mertajam,penang to call Panasonic service technician by Friday 1st Oct 12pm and ask them to attend to immediately by friday. If not, We request Sen heng Bukit Mertajam to collect the problematic washing ad replace with another by friday itself.

my company brought all the eletrical items from Senheng ( for project use ) since deal with Mr.Foo at Taman Connaught branch , but recently some of the sale person at Connaught branch are very difficult to deal . Last week I order about RM 10,000.00 eletrical items from Sen Heng conaught branch for our Peneag project , but I miss 2items , need to deliver to Penang urgently by tommorrow morning, and I require to delivery the 2 items to Sg Buluh or Petaling Jaya New town area the lorry will pick up the items from either 1 area ., but the saleman said cannot Senheng need 3 to 4 days for delivery , and I require how about delivery to Taman Connaught Sen heng branch by today ( beacuse this 2 item are from Sri Petaling and Serdang branch ) , The saleman said to me ok no problem but I need to paid for petrol fees , O my god what type of service ????/. Are this call best service from Senheng , all this time I'm thinking Senheng carry login of ' good quality ; fast delivery and best service '. But today ready feel something wrong . Sen heng Management , what you want me to do now , cancell order or get your guy to deliver the good to our factory Sg Buluh or PJ 8 by today . However , I appreciate some of your sale person with a good service , and I'll be happy if you can help to solve the delivery problem and sending by today . I just don't want to waste my time to re- start talking to others eletrical supplier .

I went to your Taman Pertama, Ipoh branch just merely to buy an office kettle.
It was a very upsetting experience from a prestigious electrical chain store
that claims on its fair price & excellent service... A dedication which
seems like your company's motto.

On 8 March 2011 at about 7p.m. I went to the abovementioned branch
for the purpose of buying a kettle. After much persuasion from your sales
personnel and after looking through all brands, I finally settle for a Tefal brand
kettle priced at RM169 (listed on the card in display). Your personnel recommended that
I go for the membership card (RM12 to be charge) and instant warranty (RM5 charge).
I said never mind i think over first but just test the kettle for me.
He went over and plug in the switch and the light at the kettle lighted. I enquired
if the kettle is faulty when I test at home could I bring over and get it change.
He said "No, but if I buy the RM5 warranty charge - I will get an immediate replacement
as now he had already tested and the light is on"
I am quite displease as I said he only tested on electricity but I do not know the working
order of the kettle as might not boil when i use it or he give me a faulty one - he insisted that
i pay the extra RM5 for the warranty - which i feel is absurd. After that i speak to his supervisor,
which advise I could get it change in next 2 days if it is not boiling.
When I was paying for the kettle, the supervisor said the kettle costs RM189 which I said
couldn't be as the price tag on the display card states RM169. She quickly ask the 1st
sales rep to pull out the card and keep it and said RM189 is the latest price and the price
shown on display is an old price. If I sign up for the membership, I will be paying RM169 (RM20
less) where else the display card earlier shows if I sign up for membership RM40 discount I will
be entitled.

So this what your company is lamenting about PRICE FAIRNESS & FIXED PRICE , FULFILLMENT
OF WARRANTY AND EXCELLENT SERVICE AND HASSLE FREE PURCHASE commitment towards
its customer.

I purchase a Elba Air Pot with Plus 1 which make my Air Pot 2yrs warranty. My issue is now the air pot is manufacture faulty which the outer layer of the plastic could not stand the air pot heat. The plastic start to break. i send back to senheng Kemuning utama, those saleman keep my air pot for 3 days now and did not call me till i call them and said no warranty. What the meaning of this? less the a year i use said no warranty? dont buy from them!! they are scamer. I have warranty card and receipt...

my name is asmar I bought Elba cooker hood at senheng bandar rawang and be a senheng member, in the same day my glass for hob fall into pieces. So have to order a new one at senheng bandar rawang only for the glass, I make the order on 21/08/2011 paid deposit RM100.00 but until now I still not received any call from them about my glass, I make five call ask about the glass they only said depand on the factory. Please anybody can help me? I am so fedup for waiting almost a month just for the hob glass.
