Dell Rocks
I'm a bit late in my posts but this happened last week. My new laptop's Vista broke when I got back from Acap's wedding. Can't even load the OS, all I get is a black screen. Since the laptop is relatively new, I called Dell and asked for a hdd replacement even though I know that it can be easily fixed using the recovery
DVD.
They only asked me when I am free so they can send over a technician to replace the drive. They even let me keep the old drive for 2 weeks in case I wanted to do some backup. SWEET!
So 5/5 for a great service from Dell.
Ps. The technician was shy when I asked whether it is ok for me to take a picture of him fixing the laptop.
